Cookie policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026. This is a translation for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Here I explain which ones this site uses.
Cookies I use
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| tdf | Technical, first-party | Protects the contact and reading request forms against forged submissions. | Until you close the browser |
| __gads, __gpi, IDE, NID… | Advertising, Google | To show Google AdSense adverts, limit how often you see the same advert and, if you consent, personalise them. | Up to 13 months |
Technical cookies are necessary for the website to work and do not require your consent (article 22.2 LSSI-CE). Google's advertising cookies are only used for personalised adverts if you accept them in the consent notice shown when you arrive; if you reject them, Google may show non-personalised adverts.
Third-party cookies when paying
When you pay for a reading you are redirected to Stripe's page, which sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. You can read about them in Stripe's cookie policy.
How to manage them
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. If you block the technical cookie, the forms will not work.
